Questions
- Does one subscription really cover 4 domains?
- Yes. The subscription is on your account rather than on a site, so you can register up to 4 app domains under it. A second product does not mean a second bill. Subdomains do not count against the 4: your marketing site, your app and your staging environment on one domain are one domain, and localhost is free.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The widget stops accepting new messages and the dashboard tells you why. Nothing is deleted, and everything already filed stays readable. Subscribe and it starts working again.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The trial runs 14 days from the day you sign up, and you are asked for a card only if you decide to keep it.
- Can I cancel?
- From the billing screen, which opens Stripe's own portal. Cancelling ends access at the end of the period you have already paid for.
